We are excited to invite you to the 2nd Annual Professional Skills Night hosted by UNC Charlotte Enactus. The event is on Monday, April 2, 2018 from 6:00pm - 8:15pm in the SAC Salons. The dress code is Business Professional.
You will have the opportunity to attend two different professional workshops. Each workshop is geared towards helping you succeed in a professional setting with a focus on both soft skills and technical skills.
The Interview Prep Shop: Learn six essential skills to succeed in any interview.
Dare to Excel: Get a lesson in unique Microsoft Excel skills to separate yourself from the competition.
Visualize the Future with Tableau: Learn how Tableau is changing the workplace and what can you do to be ahead.
Regardless of your major and industry, interview and data visualization are key! We hope to host a wide variety of majors and classes during this workshop and have the opportunity to learn from each other, as well as from business professionals in Charlotte.
We hope to see you at our final Women in Business Coffee Hour where we will talk about navigating office relationships with mentors and co-workers.

Belk College of Business current students are invited to a Career Connection College Forum for Diversity in Accounting! The event will feature experienced leaders in the accounting, audit and tax profession, as well as a career fair that will give students an opportunity to learn about internship and entry-level career opportunities with local employers. Also, breakfast and snacks are included!
Students are invited to take the Light Rail connection to Center City campus.

The purpose of the Charlotte Chamber Career Connection is to cultivate diverse, entry-level talent and promote Charlotte as a preferred place to work and live. The Career Connection seeks to expose high school and college students to high-growth careers that lead to sustainable employment and economic opportunity. The initiative helps to bring industry speakers into the classroom, coordinates employer site visits, and connects students with mentors to reinforce and accelerate their career success.
