A great way to work on this skill and to develop your competency in intercultural awareness is to Study Abroad. There are several options to study abroad this Spring Break (see a full list here) with three options for students to receive business credit.

MGMT 3000 Working Successfully Overseas- Understanding International Employees, Teams, and Leaders will allow students to understand what makes international employees successful. This experience in Berlin, Germany allows students to explore international organizations and visit several historical sites.
