Another thing that Elmore said that was particularly important is that new college graduates face a lot of uncertainty when job searching or starting their career. He said that one way to get through the uncertainly is to lean on your skills. I challenge you to think about what skills you would lean on if you had to right now. Do you have the skills you need?
