As we are navigating unchartered territory, it’s important that you take care of yourself (both physically through all of the CDC recommendations AND mentally). The Center for Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) at UNC Charlotte is still here to support you and help you make meaning of what you are going through.
While no in-person services are being offered at this time, CAPS will begin providing limited telehealth counseling services on Monday, March 23 (today). Forms for these services can be found on the Forms and Documents page of their website. If you are interested in speaking with a counselor or discussing how to access CAPS services, please call us at 704-687-0311.
