1. Support a Belk College alumnus. Dontá Wilson earned his bachelor's degree in management from UNC Charlotte's Belk College of Business.
2. Truist Financial Corp., which emerged last month after the merger of BB&T and SunTrust, is the sixth largest bank in the nation. The bank is headquartered in Charlotte with thousands of jobs in the region.
3. As chief digital and client services officer, Wilson is a member of the executive management team for Truist. At its predecessor, BB&T, he led a digital transformation for the bank.
