With diversity & inclusion being such important topics in today’s time, it is necessary to understand what each company is doing in terms of constant growth in these areas. Our panelists discussed how they are a part of D&I initiatives, how their workplace has created an inclusive environment, and barriers to entry can impact underrepresented populations.
